Dr. Becky will continue to maintain her "IN-network" status with the following insurance companies through the end of 2019: Forward Health and Magellan (also known as HSM/WEA Trust/WPS Statewide/BPA).
Beginning January 1, 2020, Stratford Chiropractic will no longer be billing any insurance claims. A superbill may be provided upon request, if you wish to submit visit information directly to your insurance.
Special note about Medicare: I am unable to see any patients with Medicare UNLESS they are currently established patients who are under Wellness care.
We strive to be as convenient as possible. We continue to accept cash, check and credit/debit/HSA cards.
You may notice, you now have the option to pay for appointments online in your Jane account. When you enter credit card information into Jane, Jane creates and keeps a token (the last 4 digits) that can be used to reference the card. The actual sensitive information is sent to and stored within our payment processing company - Payfirma/BluePay.
When paying in person, your credit/debit/HSA card will be automatically saved into your Jane account. If you do not wish this to be stored, please simply ask to have it deleted after the payment is complete.
